THIS PAGEANT IS BEAUTY ONLY - NO OTHER STAGE EVENTS OR PHOTOGENIC!
SPRING HAS SPRUNG! Come join us for a fun-filled, stress free, AWESOME day of pageantry!!
Ages 0-5 will begin @ 1:00 & 6-UP will begin @ 3:30 (Registration one hr before start)
Age Divisions: (30 day fallback): Baby 0-11 mo Toddler 12-23 mo Wee 2 yrs Teeny 3 yrs Tiny 4-5 yrs Little 6-7 yrs
Petite 8-9 yrs Jr 10-12 yrs Teen 13-15 yrs Miss 16-up (will add MRS. with interest)
ULTIMATE GRAND SUPREME - We will crown TWO ultimate grand supreme winners - one from 0-5 yrs & one from 6 yrs &
up! Winners will receive a gorgeous spring crown, custom emb. sash, gift & $50 CASH!
GRAND SUPREME - We will crown TWO ultimate grand supreme winners--one from 0-5 yrs, one from 6 yrs & up! Winners will
receive a gorgeous spring crown, custom embroidered sash, gift & $50 CASH!
MINI SUPREME - We will crown TWO mini supreme winners--one from 0-5 yrs & one from 6 yrs & up! Winners will receive
a gorgeous crown, custom embroidered sash, gift & $25 CASH!
NOVICE SUPREME - We will crown TWO novive supreme winners - one from 0-5 yrs & one from 6 yrs & up! Winners will
receive a gorgeous spring crown, custom emb. sash, gift & $25 CASH! (must qualify)
SUNFLOWER SUPREME - We will crown TWO sunflower supreme winners - one from 0-5 yrs & one from 6 yrs & up! Winners
will receive a gorgeous spring crown, custom emb. sash, gift & $25 CASH!
DAISY SUPREME - We will crown TWO daisy supreme winners--one from 0-5 yrs & one from 6 yrs & up! (personality
ONLY - judges pick). Winners will receive a gorgeous crown, custom emb. sash, gift & $25 CASH!
BEAUTY - Contestants should wear a pageant dress. This is a glitz pageant. Model a front or back "T". There
will be a winner & runners-up in each division. Winners will receive a gorgeous crown, custom embroidered sash, and a
trophy/gift. Runners-up will receive a trophy. NO ONE will leave empty handed and no double crowning.
***Remember - Miss Amanda LOVES to add surprises!
PRETTIEST DRESS, HAIR , SMILE & MOST BEAUTIFUL - One winner per group receives custom medallion.
SCORES SHEETS - Score sheets will not be given out at the pageant, they will be sent via Facebook messenger.
ADMISSION - $7.00 (everyone pays except contestant)
HAIR/MAKEUP - Vendors will be AT the pageant for hair/makeup. Contact me for info or check event page.
DEADLINE - The deadline for early bird price is Monday April 24 2017. You CAN still enter after this but the price goes
up - why pay more? No door entries! I need to know you are coming to ensure proper awards!
JUDGES - The judges will score each contestant on facial beauty, poise/personality, and overall appearance. They will
be qualified out of town judges. Judges decisions are final. *No rehearsal.

I understand that the pageant director (Amanda Carter) or anyone associated with the pageant are not responsible for property
damage, lost items, or personal injury before, during or after the pageant. I also understand that the judges decisions are
final and will not be disputed. I certify that I understand all of the Miss Spring Flower Pageant rules and will conduct good
sportsmanship before, during and after the pageant. All winners will appear on website unless otherwise discussed. By signing

Early bird* Supreme Package $100 ________(must have at least a $50 deposit pd by Mon April 24) *IF your supreme package
is paid in full ($100) by Monday April 24 then your daughter will receive an early bird crown on stage during crowning - this
is a very EASY way to be SURE your daughter gets a crown and mom wins too because you get one of the cheapest prices offered!
NO exceptions!
DOOR EVENTS - We will offer optional door events the day of the pageant. They will be Grand Supreme, Mini-Supreme, Overall
Most Beautiful, Sunflower Supreme and Novice Supreme (to be eligible for novice supreme, you can NOT have won a grand supreme
title in the past year). You may enter these @ door-they will be $15 each OR all 5 for $50 - So remember to bring extra cash
and also remember that you can NOT win these titles if you do not enter them!
